Stellites is the white-label UI/UX design team behind digital agencies that need consistent, senior-reviewed design delivery without the cost, risk, or overhead of building in-house. Your clients experience your agency through every interface they interact with. Your reputation depends on design that holds across every account. Stellites matches your timezone, works inside your SOPs, and stays invested in your client relationships as much as you are. You stay in front. We handle everything behind the scenes. Wireframes, user flows, visual design, and production-ready assets, all delivered under your brand without your name ever leaving the conversation.

Agency Owner, UK
UI/UX delivery is not just a capacity problem. It is a structural one. Whether you hire in-house, work with freelancers, or try a generic white-label design team, the same issues keep coming back. The execution gaps compound. Client confidence erodes. And your agency keeps absorbing the cost.
A senior UI/UX designer costs more than most design retainers justify. You pay for tools, licenses, and training before a single screen ships. And when they leave, the process starts over.
The best ones are always overbooked. The available ones need constant direction. Design quality shifts from project to project, and every inconsistency lands in your client review.
Task-based providers produce screens to brief and move on. There is no UX thinking, no conversion consideration, and no one who understands the client's user journey. You get deliverables. Not design that works.
A screen can pass the visual test and still drive no results. When design decisions are not grounded in user behavior, intent hierarchy, and information architecture, the work looks finished but does not function. The client sees a beautiful product that does not move the needle.
Junior execution needs senior review before it reaches the client. Keeping a design lead across every account at every tier is not sustainable. Some accounts get real thinking. Others get whatever is left.
Style decisions, component rationale, client preferences, and the design history behind every screen: it lives in one person's head. When they leave, you rebuild from scratch. The client notices the inconsistency before you can explain it.
You should be growing accounts and winning new clients. Instead you are reviewing comps, resolving brief misinterpretations, and sitting in feedback loops that should not need you. The agency is not scaling. It is just keeping up.
Component-based design systems, AI-assisted design tools, WCAG 2.2 accessibility requirements, and device fragmentation are rewriting delivery expectations. If your design team is not keeping pace, the work looks dated before it launches. Your agency carries that gap quietly.
We provide the design delivery system that protects your client relationships, your margins, and your peace of mind. Because you should not have to hold everything together alone.

When the design delivery layer is built right, your clients see interfaces that convert, your operations stop breaking, and your agency grows without the overhead. This is what white-label UI/UX delivery looks like when Stellites runs behind you.
User flows, intent hierarchy, and component decisions grounded in how people actually navigate. Your clients see interfaces that reduce friction, guide decisions, and hold attention. The kind of work that earns referrals and renews retainers without a single conversation about results.
One dedicated UI/UX designer, matched to your agency's standards, brand context, and client mix. Design decisions are documented, components are reused correctly, and brand guidelines hold across every project. No quality drift. No starting from scratch every time.
A 15+ year Delivery Manager reviews every design before it reaches your client. Briefs are interpreted correctly, outputs are checked against standards, and issues are caught inside our process, not on your client call. Your agency stops firefighting and starts running clean.
Two UI/UX accounts or twenty, the delivery system scales with you. No emergency hiring, no quality drop, no founder pulled back into creative direction. You take on more confidently, knowing the delivery will hold and the margin stays intact.

Most white-label providers assign whoever is available. Stellites builds a five-stage vetting process around your agency before a single candidate is considered. Every stage is designed to answer one question: will this person protect your client relationships the way you would?
Stellites has built AI into every layer of UI/UX design delivery. Not as a shortcut, but as a structural advantage that makes every dedicated designer sharper, faster, and more thorough than a traditional team running the same workflows manually.
Discovery without research is guesswork. Stellites uses AI-assisted analysis to process user interview transcripts, competitor UX patterns, heatmap data, and session recordings in a fraction of the time a manual synthesis would take. Claude organizes raw research into themed insight clusters, identifies recurring user friction points, and flags contradictions between what users say and what behavioral data shows. Attention Insight provides AI-predicted heatmaps before a single user tests the design, mapping where attention lands naturally and where the current layout is leaking focus. The result is a discovery phase grounded in evidence rather than assumption, and a UX brief that reflects how your client's users actually behave, not how the client imagines they do.
Your client gets a UX strategy built on real evidence from the first deliverable. Discovery runs faster, lands harder, and the design decisions that follow have a stronger foundation for every revision conversation.
Wireframing with AI-powered tools changes the speed and confidence of early design decisions. UXPilot generates structured wireframe concepts from brief input, allowing the team to rapidly test layout directions, information hierarchies, and navigation patterns before committing to a direction. Miro's AI-assisted diagramming accelerates user flow mapping, journey mapping, and stakeholder alignment diagrams that previously took a full day to produce. Early-stage AI generation is not the deliverable. It is the starting point for a trained designer to interrogate, challenge, and refine. The value is that three layout directions can be tested in the time it previously took to build one. That speed means fewer surprises when design reaches the client, and fewer expensive structural changes when development has already started.
Your client sees validated UX direction faster, and structural problems are caught at the wireframe stage, not the development stage. Every expensive revision that happens in code represents a problem that was missed in design. This is how that gap is closed.
Design system fragmentation is one of the most common silent quality problems in agency UI/UX delivery. Each new project starts from a slightly different base, components are named and structured inconsistently, and maintaining brand standards across multiple client accounts becomes a manual, error-prone process. Stellites uses Figma's AI-assisted component creation and auto-layout features to build and maintain structured design systems that stay consistent across every deliverable for a given client. Figma's AI features accelerate component library setup, identify inconsistencies in spacing and typography, and apply design tokens systematically. When a brand updates its color palette or component standards, the change propagates through the library automatically rather than requiring manual updates across every frame.
Your agency delivers design across multiple accounts without quality drift or inconsistency. Each project builds on a maintained system rather than starting from a different base. Clients notice when things stay consistent. They also notice when they do not.
Most agencies cannot run formal usability testing on every project. It takes time and budget the retainer does not support. Stellites uses Maze to run rapid AI-powered prototype tests that identify where users hesitate, where they abandon tasks, and where the design is creating friction, without a full user research program. Tests run against Figma prototypes directly. Results come back in hours, not weeks. Alongside this, Attention Insight's AI heatmap prediction maps where attention falls on each screen based on cognitive science models, flagging elements that are competing for focus, call-to-action placements that are not receiving the visual weight they need, and visual hierarchy problems that would otherwise only surface in live user testing.
UX issues are identified and resolved inside the design process, not in the client review or after development. Your client receives a tested, behavior-validated design. Your agency has the evidence to support every design decision in the review conversation.
Accessibility is not optional in 2026. WCAG 2.2 compliance is increasingly a client requirement, a legal consideration, and a signal of design quality that clients increasingly notice. Manual accessibility review is inconsistent and slow. Stellites builds accessibility checking into the design workflow using automated compliance tools integrated directly with Figma that flag color contrast failures, missing alt text specifications, touch target sizing violations, and focus order issues before the file leaves the design team. QA against the original brief runs through a structured checklist validated with Claude: every component checked against specification, every state covered, every device breakpoint verified. The handoff package includes annotated design files, component documentation, and a QA sign-off record.
Your client receives a design that is ready to build, accessible by default, and fully documented. The development team starts from a clear specification rather than interpreting a design. Launch delays from missed accessibility requirements are addressed in the design stage, where fixing them takes minutes, not days.
The gap between design intent and development output is where agency UI/UX work most commonly breaks down. A designer hands off a Figma file. A developer interprets it. Something is built differently than it was designed. The client notices. Revision cycles start. Stellites closes this gap using Anima and Locofy.ai to produce annotated, developer-ready handoffs with auto-generated code references, spacing specifications, and component documentation that leave nothing open to interpretation. Google Stitch, Google's AI-powered design-to-code tool, is also integrated into the workflow where applicable, accelerating the translation of UI components into clean front-end code that matches design intent precisely. The handoff is not just a Figma link. It is a package that tells the developer exactly what to build and how.
Development starts from a precise specification, not an interpreted design. Build errors drop. Revision cycles between design and development shorten significantly. Your client sees a final product that matches what was designed, which is the outcome every agency promises and not all agencies deliver.
Not a generic package. Not whoever is available. A dedicated UI/UX setup matched to your timezone, your SOPs, and your client standards.
Key Differentiator
Trusted by agencies worldwide who want an embedded design team that allocates time, senior oversight, and setup effort in the first months to build momentum and delivery stability, even if profitability comes later.
"We had tried outsourcing UI/UX before Stellites. The work came back visually acceptable but the UX thinking was missing. Every screen looked good but did not perform. With Stellites, the Delivery Manager caught the conversion logic issues before anything reached the client. I stopped reviewing designs line by line because I trust the process behind them."

A simple 4-step path from first call to a dedicated UI/UX design engine running behind your agency.
Honest answers to the questions agencies ask before, during, and after partnering with Stellites for UI/UX design delivery.
White-label UI/UX design is a delivery model where a specialist designer handles your clients' interface and experience design work entirely under your agency brand. Stellites assigns a dedicated designer to your accounts, delivers all UX research, wireframing, visual design, and production files, and your clients only ever see your agency's name. Stellites operates invisibly behind you.
No. Stellites operates fully behind your agency brand. All files, handoffs, reports, and communications go out under your name. Stellites never contacts your clients directly, never pitches competing services, and never reveals its involvement. The relationship stays entirely between Stellites and your agency.
Fully Managed includes a Dedicated Designer, a 15+ year UI/UX Delivery Manager who owns design direction and quality oversight, and Complete Operational Support. Stellites owns design delivery accountability end to end. Self Managed includes the same Dedicated Designer and Operational Support, but no Stellites Delivery Manager. It is the right choice when your agency already has an internal creative lead or design director directing the work.
Yes. Stellites works with solo agency owners managing a handful of design accounts, small to mid-size agencies needing additional creative capacity, full-service agencies adding UI/UX as a service line, and established agencies looking for a more reliable white-label design partner than what they currently have.
Never. Stellites works exclusively with digital agencies and never takes direct clients. There are no exceptions to this rule. Stellites will never compete with your agency, approach your clients independently, or build a relationship that bypasses yours.
Most white-label design providers assign whoever is available, deliver files with no strategic oversight, and treat agencies as project queues. Stellites matches a dedicated designer to your specific agency profile through a five-stage vetting process, layers a 15+ year Delivery Manager over every Fully Managed engagement, and manages all HR, replacements, tools, and operational continuity so the agency never carries those costs or risks alone.
Stellites works best with agencies that already sell UI/UX design or want to add it, that need reliable delivery without the cost and complexity of building an in-house design team, and that value consistent quality and senior design oversight over the cheapest available option.
The designer handles all hands-on design delivery across your accounts. This includes user research synthesis, persona development, user flow mapping, wireframing, visual UI design, design system building, prototyping, accessibility implementation, developer handoff documentation, revision management, and weekly delivery updates in your format.
No. The designer provides research synthesis, wireframes, visual execution, and implementation support. Final design direction is owned by the Delivery Manager in a Fully Managed engagement or by your internal creative lead in a Self Managed engagement. This ensures design decisions are always reviewed and approved by someone with the experience to make them correctly.
Yes. Your dedicated designer is assigned specifically to your agency and your accounts. They are not pooled across multiple agencies or rotated based on capacity. This means they build deep familiarity with your clients, your brand standards, and your quality expectations over time.
Yes. Stellites matches designers to your time zone. EST, PST, BST, AEST, CST, and more are supported across all dedicated engagements. Your designer works the hours your agency and your clients operate in, which eliminates overnight delays, morning backlogs, and the feedback loop lag that makes remote design teams frustrating.
Yes. During the requirements deep dive, Stellites maps your file naming conventions, component structure, handoff format, and quality standards. The designer is briefed on these from day one. Delivery does not start until the designer understands how your agency operates.
Every dedicated designer has a minimum of five years of experience working in digital agency contexts. Experience is verified through the custom design test, portfolio review, technical interview, and Head of Delivery interview before they are presented to you. Generic years on paper are not enough. Stellites validates how candidates execute in real delivery conditions before you ever speak to them.
Most agencies report their dedicated designer is fully operational and delivering to standard within the first two weeks. The 10-day trial period is specifically designed for this validation. During the NDA and requirements deep dive, Stellites does the groundwork so the designer starts with context rather than starting from zero.
The Delivery Manager is a 15+ year UI/UX professional who owns final design direction, quality oversight, and delivery accountability across all accounts in a Fully Managed engagement. Every design produced by the dedicated designer is reviewed and signed off by the Delivery Manager before it reaches your agency or your clients. This is the layer that separates Stellites from design providers who send files with no senior oversight.
The Delivery Manager translates research and brief requirements into approved design direction, conducts QA review of every design output before it leaves the team, governs design system standards, conducts accessibility audits, handles design escalations and advanced troubleshooting, continuously trains the designer, and prepares the senior-level design thinking that supports your account team and protects renewals.
Yes, where needed. In a Fully Managed engagement, the Delivery Manager is available for escalations, design direction questions, and quality concerns. Day-to-day communication runs through the designer, but the Delivery Manager is accessible when the situation requires senior input.
In most cases yes. Consistency at the management level is important for account familiarity and design continuity. If a change is ever necessary, Stellites manages the transition with the same zero-downtime approach applied to designer replacements.
No. Self Managed does not include a Stellites Delivery Manager. It is designed for agencies that already have an internal design director or creative lead who will own direction. The designer works under that person's guidance. If you are not sure which model fits, the discovery call is the right place to work that out.
Stellites runs a five-stage vetting process. It starts with mapping your agency requirements before a single candidate is considered. Candidates then go through a custom design test built around your profile, a psychometric evaluation assessing communication and accountability, a custom technical interview validating real design execution, and a personal interview with Stellites' Head of Delivery. Only then are the top two to three candidates presented to you.
The test is built around your agency's specific requirements, not a generic design screening. It covers UX thinking and research interpretation, wireframing methodology, visual design execution, design system principles, and the specific tools your team uses. Generic portfolios are not enough. Candidates are tested on how they execute in conditions relevant to your accounts.
Yes. That is step five. After Stellites completes all internal vetting stages, the top two to three candidates are presented to your agency. You speak with them directly, ask your own questions, and make the final call. No one joins your accounts without your explicit approval.
If none of the presented candidates meet your standard, Stellites continues the search. You are never pressured to choose from a shortlist you are not confident in. The goal is a designer your agency trusts, not a placement that fills a calendar slot.
Yes. AI tool proficiency is assessed during the technical test and technical interview. Candidates are evaluated on their ability to use AI-assisted design workflows including UXPilot, Anima, Locofy.ai, and AI-assisted accessibility tools. A designer who cannot work with AI tools in 2026 is not ready for modern UI/UX delivery.
In a Fully Managed engagement, every design output goes through QA review by the Delivery Manager before it reaches your agency. Brief interpretation, design system compliance, UX logic, accessibility standards, and handoff completeness are all checked at the management level. Issues are caught inside Stellites' process, not on a client call.
Raise it with Stellites directly. Quality concerns are taken seriously and addressed quickly. If a single output does not meet standard, it is reworked before it reaches your client. If there is a pattern of quality issues, Stellites escalates to the Delivery Manager level and addresses it structurally. If the problem is with the designer specifically, Stellites manages a replacement.
Yes. Stellites guarantees consistent, high-quality design delivery that gives your clients the strongest possible foundation for user experience outcomes. Every UX decision is grounded in research, every interface is built to accessibility standards, and every handoff is documented precisely for development. What no provider controls is what a client does with the design after delivery, how development implements it, or what their users do. What Stellites controls, it delivers with discipline and consistency. That is the commitment.
Yes. During onboarding, Stellites maps your design language, component naming conventions, handoff format, and brand guidelines. The designer is briefed on these and expected to follow them across all deliverables. Claude is used to apply client-specific brand and tone guidelines consistently across accounts.
Deliverables are built to your format and standard, not a generic template. Wireframes include UX annotations and information hierarchy rationale. Visual designs include design system documentation, interaction notes, and accessibility specifications. Handoff packages include developer annotations, spacing and typography specifications, and asset exports organized to your file structure.
Never. Stellites has no direct client model and has no commercial interest in approaching your clients. The entire business is built on being the invisible partner behind agencies. Approaching a partner's client would end that partnership and destroy the trust the model depends on. But there is a deeper reason beyond contractual obligation. Stellites pivoted to the agency-only model because we realized we could not achieve our vision of delivering the best digital outcomes to the maximum number of brands by working directly. We do not chase recognition. We are completely fine being behind the scenes, because what fulfills us is seeing brands grow, teams thrive, and livelihoods improve.
Stellites works entirely under your agency brand. All design files, handoffs, and communications are produced in your name and format. Stellites does not add its branding to any output and does not communicate with your clients directly. The relationship exists only between Stellites and your agency.
Yes. An NDA is signed as part of the onboarding process before any agency information, client names, or account details are shared. All operations are NDA-protected by default.
All dedicated designers access client tools and accounts through secure RDP and VPN connections. Design assets, brand files, and client IP do not leave the secure environment. Legal compliance and documentation are handled by Stellites as part of every engagement.
Never. Stellites has no direct client model and has no commercial interest in approaching your clients. The entire business is built on being the invisible partner behind agencies.
Access to client tools and accounts is fully revoked as part of the offboarding process. All client data and design assets handled during the engagement are subject to the NDA terms, which survive the end of the engagement. Stellites does not retain client data after the engagement concludes.
The process from the first discovery call to a fully operational dedicated designer typically takes two to three weeks. This covers the requirements deep dive, the vetting process, candidate presentation, your selection, and the 10-day trial. If your requirements are straightforward and candidates are available, it can move faster.
You need to be available for a discovery call and a requirements deep dive. After that, you provide access to the design tools and platforms the designer will use, your design SOPs and file templates if you have them, and an introduction to the accounts they will be working on. Stellites handles everything else.
The 10-day trial is a live delivery period where your chosen designer begins working on real accounts. You evaluate design quality, file structure, communication, and delivery standards in actual conditions. There is no obligation to continue beyond the trial if the fit is not right. If the fit is confirmed, you sign off and move into the full engagement.
If the trial reveals that the designer is not the right match, Stellites manages the situation immediately. Depending on the issue, this may mean additional coaching and adjustment or moving to a replacement. You are not locked into a designer who does not meet your standard.
Minimal. The designer is onboarded into your existing tools, file formats, and design SOPs. There is no restructuring of how your agency operates. The goal is for the designer to integrate invisibly into your existing process, not force your agency to adapt to a new one.
Stellites pricing is based on commitment type (full-time or part-time), management level (Fully Managed or Self Managed), and commitment length (3, 6, 12, or 24 months). Longer commitments have better pricing. All plans include the 10-Day Free Trial. To see your specific pricing, complete the form in the pricing section and select your preferences.
Full-time means the designer works exclusively on your agency's accounts for a standard full working week. Part-time means the designer works a reduced number of hours per week, suited for agencies with a smaller design account volume or those testing the model before scaling. Both options include the same vetting, operational support, and quality standards.
Yes. The 10-day trial is included in all plans at no additional cost. It is designed to let you validate execution quality, file standards, and workflow alignment before committing to the full engagement. There is no hidden setup fee for the trial.
Tell Stellites before you assume it does not fit. Stellites would rather work out an arrangement that protects your client book than lose a long-term partnership over a short-term situation. This is not a standard clause in a contract. It is how Stellites actually operates with agency partners during difficult periods.
If Stellites' performance does not meet the standard, you can exit the commitment at any time without any penalty. This is written explicitly into the contract. Stellites takes pride in delivery quality and considers this a rare scenario. But the protection is there in writing so the agency never feels locked into an underperforming engagement.
If the reason is a business or company decision rather than a performance issue, you pay the price difference between the commitment-level monthly fee you received and the standard monthly fee for the number of months you actually used. For example: a 48-month commitment gives a monthly fee of $2,000. You use 12 months. The standard 12-month monthly fee is $2,500. You pay the $500 difference for each of the 12 months used, which is $6,000 total. You keep the benefit of the months you used at the discounted rate. There is no punitive charge beyond the price adjustment.
Yes. Stellites engagements are designed to scale with your agency. You can move from part-time to full-time as your design account volume grows, add resources, or adjust the engagement scope. Changes are handled without disrupting delivery continuity.
Stellites manages the full replacement process. The agency does not post a job, review portfolios, or rebuild context from scratch. Stellites handles recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of the replacement designer. Design history, brand guidelines, component documentation, and client preferences are all transferred. Your agency never loses momentum and your clients never notice a change.
Most replacements are operational within one to two weeks. The timeline depends on the design discipline, industry context, and time zone requirements. During the transition, the Delivery Manager maintains continuity oversight to ensure design quality and delivery cadence do not drop.
Context preservation is core to the replacement process. Before any transition, the outgoing designer's work is fully documented: design system files, component rationale, client brand guidelines, brief history, and account preferences. The incoming designer is fully briefed before they begin. Nothing starts from zero.
Raise it with Stellites as early as possible. Performance concerns are handled at the management level. Depending on the issue, the resolution may be additional coaching and closer oversight from the Delivery Manager, a structured improvement period, or a replacement. Agencies are never left managing underperformance alone.
Stellites adjusts rather than enforces. If your agency loses a retainer, a client pauses their design engagement, or margins tighten, Stellites works with you on the situation before it becomes a contract conversation. Long-term partnerships are more important than short-term margin. Stellites has worked with agency partners through difficult quarters and come out the other side with the relationship intact.
Yes. The designer is assigned to your agency, not to a specific client. If a client is lost, the designer continues serving your other accounts. The engagement does not change because one client churned.
Stellites has built AI into every stage of design delivery. UXPilot accelerates wireframing and layout validation. Attention Insight provides AI-predicted heatmaps before user testing. Maze runs rapid AI-powered prototype tests. Anima and Locofy.ai produce developer-ready handoff packages with auto-generated code references. Claude is used for brief synthesis, research analysis, and accessibility QA checklists. Every AI workflow has a human design layer applying judgment before anything reaches your agency.
AI-assisted, not AI-generated. AI accelerates research synthesis, wireframing, design system building, accessibility checking, and documentation. The Delivery Manager reviews design direction. The designer applies account-specific context, brand knowledge, and visual judgment. Final outputs are human-reviewed at the management level before they reach your agency. AI is the tool that makes experienced designers faster and more thorough. It does not replace their judgment.
No. AI is used for structural, research, and documentation workflows, not for generating final visual design decisions. Visual design, brand alignment, component logic, and UX direction come from the designer and Delivery Manager. AI tools like UXPilot help test layout directions faster. The designer still decides which direction is right and why.
A minimum of one dedicated training session per month is run by expert AI coaches covering specific design disciplines and tool updates: AI-assisted wireframing, design-to-code workflows, accessibility automation, and new Figma AI features. This is built into the Operational Support layer for every engagement. When Locofy.ai updates its code generation engine or a new accessibility automation standard is released, the team learns it in a structured environment with an expert coach, not through trial and error on your clients' accounts.
The Stellites UI/UX design stack includes UXPilot, Anima, Locofy.ai, Google Stitch, Attention Insight, Maze, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Claude, and ChatGPT across active design engagements. All tools are included at no extra cost to the agency.
No. AI tools are used in the research, structural, and documentation layers of delivery. Visual design decisions, brand application, and UX direction are always human-led. The output reflects the client's brand and user context, not an AI-generated aesthetic.
Start with a Discovery Call. No pressure. No commitment. Just an honest conversation about your agency, your accounts, and whether Stellites is the right fit. If it is, we start with a 10-Day Free Trial so you can validate quality in real conditions before signing anything.
